Having considered your reasons, I am content to approve your proposal to publish this analysis article at 7:00am. This decision is taken in consideration of the market sensitive nature of the analysis, as they will provide first insights on how grocery scanner data will affect headline inflation measures (CPI, CPIH and RPI). We also recognise that such a move demonstrates consistency with the current headline inflation statistical releases, which are also published at 7:00am at present.
