I am writing to formally request an alternative to the 9:30am release time relating to the release of Transformation of UK consumer price statistics, groceries scanner data analysis. 

This article will showcase our ability to produce CPI estimates based on groceries scanner data, with implementation planned for March 2026. User feedback has suggested that market participants will take an interest in this data. Since the publication could be market sensitive, publishing this article at 7:00am would ensure an orderly release with equal access to information, prior to the time the UK markets open. 

With this in mind, I ask that we publish at 7:00am, and would be grateful for confirmation you are content to grant this.
