This is one of a series of reports prepared under the provisions of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 . The report covers the following set of statistics in the National Accounts, produced by the Office for National Statistics and reported in:

• Supply and Use Tables (SUT)

• Input-Output Analytical Tables (IOAT)

This report forms part of a broader assessment of the Annual and Quarterly National Accounts produced by ONS. Assessment report 299 examines the statistics published in: The Blue Book, Second Estimate of GDP, Quarterly National Accounts and UK Economic Accounts.

This report was prepared by the Authority’s Assessment team, and approved by the Regulation Committee on behalf of the Board of the Statistics Authority, based on the advice of the Director General for Regulation.
