Strengthening our capability as a regulator

Our maturity as a regulator is at the heart of determining our success. To deliver the outcomes and impact we want to have we must be ambitious and continuously improve our capability – of our people; our processes and systems; our strategic approach; and our intelligence.

This year we will continue to build on the priority activities we identified in 2022/23: We will:

• Improve public access to us – making our opinions and judgements transparent and easy to find​
• Strengthen our people’s confidence, knowledge and skills to drive improvement autonomously
• Embed a culture and infrastructure for gathering and sharing insight
